I work with individuals looking to find, sustain and enhance meaningful work and relationships. I primarily work with business people, executives, artists, entrepreneurs as well as clients in career transition. My intention and goal is to inspire, motivate, uplift and help my clients to have a practical plan to be and become their best selves. I see coaching as a dynamic that creates meaningful and sustained results.

Too often I see people settle for less than what they deserve and very often that is a matter of their individual mindset. Sometimes the mindset is inherited from their family or past experiences- it is not inherently bad. Yet if a person truly seeks to be their best, they must be willing to take a look in the mirror and truly evaluate if their mindset is continuing to work for them in the present moment. What has worked in the past may no longer be sustainable in the now.
